Brands and product selection
We start many cubicle projects with AIS and Open Plan Systems. PSU also sells Tayco, Groupe Lacasse, Friant and Office Star. The best line depends on configuration, finish choices, budget and schedule.
Plan the order and arrival schedule
Office Star Systems In Stock: eligible orders can ship in about five days, subject to the selected configuration and current availability.
AIS: the October 23 guide lists selected Divi Fast Track finishes at two weeks to ship, standard Divi Linear Grade A at three weeks and Matrix Grade A at four weeks. Glass and finish exceptions can extend the schedule; combined orders follow the longest-lead item.
Open Plan Systems: qualifying Quick Ship systems are produced in two weeks and ship on the next scheduled route. Standard finish programs are generally four weeks; configuration and program restrictions apply.
Planning estimates reviewed October 24, 2026. Manufacturer shipping time is separate from transit, delivery and installation. Product, finish, quantity and a complete approved order affect timing; PSU confirms the schedule for your proposal.
Questions about new office cubicles
Should we choose new or used cubicles?
New offers selected finishes and product configurations. Used can be a good fit when an available inventory matches the layout and budget. Compare the complete project, including delivery, installation and any added components.
Does quick ship mean installed in five days?
No. A manufacturer’s ship estimate is separate from transit, delivery and installation. PSU confirms the available program, complete order and project schedule.
Can we add stations later?
Tell us the growth plan when choosing the system. Future components, finishes and availability must be confirmed; a current purchase cannot guarantee an exact future match.
Plan furniture, delivery and installation together
Space planning is complimentary with a furniture project; design-only work and substantial reconfigurations may carry charges. After your deposit, PSU’s dedicated installation coordinator is your point of contact for furniture and installation. New furniture is ordered only after the deposit.
