Brands and product selection
COE and NDI are our go-to starting points for many private offices. AIS is our primary upgrade option. Tayco, Groupe Lacasse, JSI and other existing lines remain available when they better fit the project.
Plan the order and arrival schedule
PSU receives two trucks a week from COE and NDI. When the selected items are in stock with the supplier, we typically receive them within a week. Customer delivery and installation are scheduled separately.
AIS Calibrate casegoods and CaseWorks are listed at eight weeks to ship in the October 23 guide. Finish, component and special-order requirements are confirmed before ordering.
Planning estimates reviewed October 24, 2026. Manufacturer shipping time is separate from transit, delivery and installation. Product, finish, quantity and a complete approved order affect timing; PSU confirms the schedule for your proposal.
Questions about private office furniture
Can you fit a desk into a small private office?
Send the room dimensions and photos, including doors and windows. We can compare a straight desk, a return, storage placement and guest seating before choosing the configuration.
Can we mix new desks with furniture we already own?
Yes, share photos and dimensions. We will review scale, finish and layout together; an exact finish match cannot be assumed.
Will in-stock supplier furniture arrive at our office within a week?
The typical week refers to PSU receiving eligible COE or NDI stock. Your delivery, assembly and installation schedule is confirmed separately.

Space planning is complimentary with a furniture project; design-only work and substantial reconfigurations may carry charges. After your deposit, PSU’s dedicated installation coordinator is your point of contact for furniture and installation. New furniture is ordered only after the deposit.
