Panel Systems Unlimited warrants systems
furniture purchased and installed by Panel Systems Unlimited
will be free from functional and performance defects (excluding
normal wear and tear for pre-owned systems) in materials and
workmanship (given normal use and care) for the life of the
product with the exceptions of fabric, which is warranted
for 2 years.
Panel Systems Unlimited will repair or replace,
without charge to the original purchaser, any product or part
that fails as the result of such a defect.
This warranty is the original purchaser's
exclusive remedy for product defects and does not apply to
damage caused by user modifications; attachments to the product;
customer's own fabric or material applied to the panel surfaces
or products not installed or used in accordance with application
guidelines.
Panel Systems Unlimited is not responsible
for any damage resulting from the improper use of panel mounted
power circuits by purchaser. Space heaters, laser printers,
copy machines and other appliances powered from the systems
furniture may require dedicated circuits and the warranty
is voided if the use of these appliances are not designed
in the final approved installation plan. Panel Systems Unlimited
recommends power for this continuous load equipment be supplied
directly from the building.
